C-Section Support
Cesareans are BIRTHS and they should be an honored as a sacred event. A doula is an absolute must during a surgical birth. It is my goal to help every woman that has a planned or unplanned c-section have a family-centered cesarean.

- Birth Planning Meeting
- We will get a chance to know each other and I will learn your wishes and goals surrounding your birth.
- We will discuss what you can expect before, during and after surgery
- I will share the elements of the Family Centered Cesarean
- Educate you on the choices you have have for this birth and how to get your birth team on board
- Help you create a birth plan
- Birth Day Support - I will meet you at the hospital for pre-op, support you during and after the surgery
- Pictures - I will document your birth and first moments together as a family.
- After birth - 1-3hrs immediate postpartum to make sure everyone is settled in and breastfeeding is established.
- 2 Postpartum visit - Day 3 lactation visit and check-in. Birth processing and review 1-2 weeks after birth.
